Book Club superstars
31st Jan 2024
Our Book Club members enjoyed a cosy chapter of our current fantastic read "Fortunately, the Milk" by the brilliant Neil Gaiman. They have enjoyed decorating their own custom wooden bookmarks, thoughtfully donated by one of our parents and are doing lots of creative activities to explore characters, the plot and the clever twists of the language. We've had fun competing to take turns reading and having a go at different accents when we're reading too!
Many thanks to all of the parents who make it possible to run this club with their kind donations. Your donations have purchased sets of modern entertaining novels which will now be added into circulation for our reading groups!
We would also like to thank Bridge Books, Dromore who have helped us by sourcing these books for us and offering the school a discount each time.
