Girls and boys who code...against Bullying! 🤝
Our P7 have been getting familiar with our brand new micro-bits and have begun writing strings of code to form algorithms, running simulations and debugging faulty code before programming these into our micro-bits to play them!
The new vocabulary pupils have been using is phenomenal and they are so proud of what they have achieved in a single lesson.
We started by adding a single instruction before layering on additional code blocks to make some fabulous strings.
Mrs McKeown challenged us to come up with a good slogan or message for Anti-Bullying week and we did one better by adding soundtracks for effect, bringing in our film and visual literacy skills from Term One.
P7 weren’t the only ones who learned something new today!
